Arden University has taken 27,095 sq ft across the lower four floors of the Spark at Newcastle Helix

Arden University have taken 27,095 square feet across the ground to third floors of the building, which is in the centre of Helix, a 24-acre mixed-use innovation district from a partnership between Newcastle City Council, Legal & General and Newcastle University.
The Helix is a mixed-use cluster with office, residential and science space built for research, education and business.
Carl Lygo, chief executive and vice-chancellor at Arden University, said: “This opening reflects an exciting next step in the expansion plans of our fast-growing university, providing a modern, welcoming space for those looking to develop the skills they need to advance their careers in the city.
