Two London offices let to Knotel for addition to their growing portfolio of flexible office space.

James Andrew International have let two London offices to Knotel, for addition to their growing portfolio of flexible office space.

They have taken almost 11,600 sq ft at 49 Southwark Bridge Road, along with 11,500 sq ft at The Johnson Building, 77 Hatton Garden.

James Andrew International acted on behalf of WPP Group on both properties, and Colliers International acted for Knotel on Southwark Bridge Road with Making Moves advising Knotel on the Johnson Building.

Over the last year, Knotel has expanded to Los Angeles, Paris, Boston, Frankfurt, Washington D.C. and Amsterdam. Knotel says last year it grew its customer base by 124% globally, and now works with 20% of Fortune 100 companies.
