The University of Nottingham has leased 31,172 square feet at its Castle Meadow campus to Arden University, in the largest office letting in the city since Covid-19 lockdowns ended.
Mark Kleinman of James Andrew International said: “I’m delighted to have acquired this unique building which will be a great asset within the Arden University Property Portfolio.”
